Bernard Cornwell, OBE

Bernard Cornwell, OBE (conceived 23 February 1944) is an English creator of verifiable books and a background marked by the Waterloo Campaign. He is best known for his books about Napoleonic Wars marksman Richard Sharpe. Cornwell has composed recorded books basically of English history in five arrangement and one arrangement of contemporary thriller books.


 An element of his chronicled books is an end note on how the novel matches or varies from history, for the re-telling, and what one may see at the current site of the fights portrayed in the novel. One arrangement of chronicled books is set in the American Civil War. He composed a true to life book on the skirmish of Waterloo, notwithstanding the anecdotal story of the renowned fight in the Sharpe Series. Two of the authentic novel arrangement have been adjusted for TV; the Sharpe TV arrangement by ITV and The Last Kingdom by BBC. He lives in the US with his significant other. He exchanges between Cape Cod, Massachusetts and Charleston, South Carolina.
